Because Studio Joy's Softr app platform is by invitation only, your user account is pre-created by our team to ensure security and privacy.
Step 2: Setting Up Your Account (First Time Only)
Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to a page to set your password.
Step 3: Regular Login
For all future visits, you do not need the invitation email.

This guide will walk you through the steps to log into your account for the first time and access the platform thereafter.
Step 1: Receiving Your Invitation
Once our team adds you to the system, you will receive an invitation email. This email will contain a special link designed to get you set up seamlessly.- Look for an email from Softr (or our branded sender name) with the subject line inviting you to the application.
- Click the "Accept Invitation" or "Set Password" button in that email.
Step 2: Setting Up Your Account (First Time Only)
Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to a page to set your password.
- Set Password: Enter a secure password for your account.
- Complete Profile: You may be asked to fill in your profile details or agree to terms.
- Log In: Once complete, you will be automatically logged into the application.
Step 3: Regular Login
For all future visits, you do not need the invitation email.
- Go to the direct URL of our app.
- Click the Login button on the page.
- Enter your email address and the password you created.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- "Link Expired" Error: Invitation links can sometimes expire. If this happens, please request a new invitation from the system admin, or go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
- No Invitation Received: Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Invitation Only Privacy: Because this app is invitation-only, you will not be able to sign up on your own. Only users added to our database can access the content.
